Here are some FAQs, you can always go through to understand our working procedure much better.
After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email. It will include the details about order and its number via the email you provided in your account. When your order is shipped you will receive another email with your tracking number.
Please call the number provided on website to reach a Firearms Ammo Depot associate. We would be happy to send you another copy and/or confirm your order and email address.
Due to the sales tax law changes the past couple years, tax may be charged depending on your home state. The tax is calculated based on your location.
Its one of the general FAQs, however, the answer is No, once your order has been placed, we cannot add any additional items to your order. Our warehouse will be automatically notified of your order for shipping and picking. You will have to place an additional order with Firearms Ammo Depot for any additional items you may wish to purchase.
In general, orders placed before 3PM EST on a business day will ship that same day and you will receive a confirmation of shipment at that time. We may be a little behind the scedule for some specisifc reason. However, we will inform you if we are unable to pack up and ship your order promptly. Normally, its within 2-3 business days. Sorry, but our warehouse is not set up to process walk-in orders or pickups.
Firearms Ammo Depot wants to please all of its customers all of the time. Unfortunately, sometimes things just happen and our customers receive damaged or defective products. We recognize this and we are here to help. If you receive damaged or defective product, please contact our office immediately. Do contact us within 30 days of your order date. Once our office gets aware of the defective product within 30 days of the date of the product was ordere. You will have a full refund, full store credit, or a free replacement of the damaged product. Note that the product must be defective or faulty as inspected by our warehouse team upon return. Also, our office reserves the right to refund your money, provide store credit, or replace the product at our discretion. We do our best to make sure that everyone is treated fairly, so just let us know if an issue arises.
We use the information you provide to ensure that you receive the best possible service. For example, we will oftentimes contact customers a few days after their order is scheduled to be delivered just to make sure that everything showed up correctly and in good condition.
